I make them. I write the story's description, then "condense" it to the most essential parts and paste them into the AI. Sometimes, like the bridge, there are parts that are annoying. I try to fix them as much as possible, but sometimes, the AI is stubborn...

There's no way you're doing these yourself on top of writing and paying for them to be made would be ridiculous, IMO, unless they were doing to make it into some sort of official publication. Also, that bridge in the first image looks super whack like you can see the top and the bottom at the same time, as if it's built in the shape of a wedge facing the perspective of the viewer
