Each and every one of them can easily serve as a mine layer, one must assume. And, should the Red Chinese so desire, each and every one of them can serve as a mine sweeper...at least once, any way.

If so, installing turret mounts on the decks and strengthening the hulls for ramming seems like a 'red flag' of future intentions.. Thanks for a great run of reporting once again!
