before you talk about Chinese Communist Party's civilization, you should take a look in the mirror and look at Vietnam, which i am a full vietnamese too. Vietnamese government hasn't done shit to the world, the south china sea. China and chinese government has built several lighthouses for fishermen, upgrade facilities. so, tell me who is more civilized than whom.
