#285 - Speed-Building Workout #2

My friends, since you enjoyed the first speed-building workout so much, I wanted to record a sequel for you as fast as possible :)

These workouts are all about simple exercises that make for great speed routines. Instead of learning long and complex sequences (like with the recent 3 Key Techniques Workout), you focus on a simple exercise while the tempo gradually increases!
