2016-12-19 14:46:42 +0000 UTCI suspect that it was the attitude he expressed in this interview that probably kept him out of the SoS position. Trump is all about business dealings (which is good for the most part) and he doesn't really want the kind of principled stand on moral issues that Rohrabacher might bring up, which would threaten those principles.
