This chord is a great addition to your dark and spooky voicings, I'd call it E5(#11) since we are essentially playing a power chord with the added #11 extension. We could also see it as an Em(addb5) chord that is missing the minor third G, in that case, we would see A# as Bb (the diminished fifth).
