Just finished rereading the first three chapters, very much looking forward to the next one, thank you very much. I wonder if Harry Potter is a base form will go through any adjustments after he fully excepts and connects with his animal parts. Maybe three things from his phoenix part, three things from his basilisk part, and one thing as a merger between the two, getting that ever important number of seven lol. Phoenix: 1. Wings- allow him to fly, help facilitate flame teleportation, and because wings are cool lol 2. Singing Voice- ability to soothe and invigorate allies, and cause pain to those that are evil and corrupted 3. Eyes- keeping the same green color eyes, but changing into Burg like pupils, increasing his distance vision, and the ability to see magic. Basilisk: 1. Teeth- sharpened teeth that also excrete incredibly dangerous Venom 2. Ears- ears that become slightly pointed that offer much more sensitive hearing with pinpoint accuracy 3. Scales- very fine scales with a slight green sheen that offers a little extra physical resistance and incredible magical resistance Chimera Form: 1. Full Body Transformation- A full body transformation in the form of a red basilisk with massive wings, and bird like claws at the front and back of his body, with the ability to speak in a human voice. These are all the physical transformations that would come to mind for me, ignoring things like his changing magic, maybe growing stronger with every rebirth, an increase in physical strength due to both a basilisk and a phoenix being incredibly strong, and how his magic will evolve over time. Anyway, like I said, really looking forward to the next chapter! 😁👍

2021-08-27 22:51:57 +0000 UTCDefinitely understandable LOL, it would be like using your nuclear option just for your wargames scenarios. And outside his magic use, I would’ve thought him as a strong speed-based fighter, either using two short swords with a lot of deflection of attacks and counterattacking, or two knives like karambits, So he can get in close and fast, striking out at vulnerable areas. Maybe even a spear that he can also focus is magic through, like a weapon/staff, maybe concentrating the effects of his spells? Anyway, just my thoughts about the kind of weapons he would use personally. Again, talking about an incredibly strong magic user, so it’s not like he needs a weapon to cause death and destruction among his enemies, but also a good idea to go in around armed nonetheless LOL. The short swords or the spear/staff I think would be my top choices personally.

2021-04-25 21:41:50 +0000 UTCThe Sword of Gryffindor might go through a few changes over time, but that time will be better described by the phrase lifetimes than anything else. Harry is not routinely using it at the moment - he's not really a swordsman kind of fighter any longer. And using it in training would be... bad. LOL.

Out of curiosity, does the Sword of Gryffindor grow with Harry? Otherwise it might be a bit small for him LOL. It did look like a full-size sword when he was 12. Will it be getting stronger in the future? Reforged at all? Anyway, thanks for another awesome chapter yet again.
