Stressed but hopeful. New job may be a good fit, after having been badly burned at the last one. Opening up a bit in close relationships has overall been rewarding rather than painful, making those relationships better. Now if only 2020 weren't such a dumpster fire.

I don't want to infect Mom, but I also do want to see her . . . other than that I am teaching my college courses online with varying results. It's going better than in spring, but my students are more stressed and overwhelmed than I am. But books and cooking experiments help.
