RPPR After Hours: Desert Sun (featuring Adam Scott Glancy)

Desert Sun is an adventure for the Delta Force RPG, a mid 80s military-focused game. When I went to Seattle last week, I consulted with Adam Scott Glancy about the book's accuracy. It turns out that some things about the scenario don't make a whole lot of sense.

If you liked this episode, consider pre-ordering Delta Green (if you haven't already).

Do you have a spot to leave it set up between turns for a couple of years? ;)

If we tackle war games, we'll get Campaign For North Africa first.

Goddamn. I did my PhD dissertation on the Toyota Wars, among other unjustly obscure little conflicts, so I was both amused and terrified to have it crop up in my recreational listening. There's an old SSI-type, chits-n-hexes board game for it if you ever feel like getting at it via a slightly different gaming medium. :)

You're welcome guys, glad you liked it! The vendor I bought that from had more Delta Force stuff, including the main rulebook I think. I can keep an eye out for it next year.
