to be strictly fair to Aaron [if I must] Caleb also tried to use his similar shieldy powers in a lot of different ways they weren't built for in Heroes of New Arcadia season one powers that, like, manifest ablative entities sort of invite this overinterpretation of Useful, I think, you wanna use em the way you could use any conjured barrier but it's like, no, dude, you can only use the features you bought
