I actually got some extra credit for digging up clippings from the New Left Review showing his mugshot after he was brought in for building a bomb

A group of horny college students in the 70s become enamored by leftist ideals. They follow a cult personality and come to believe that they alone have the answers for societal reform. They edge closer to violence without understanding the consequences of violence to themselves or others. If the police don’t get them first - they hit thirty and the group collapses
