Beidou from Genshin Impact!

Heck yeah!

I've actually been meaning to draw her since the very beginning of these Genshin Impact arts. Looking back on it, it might actually have been one of the hardest ones to do since she's got a primarily red design, giant sword, and a purple element. Compared to the other characters we've worked on, this one is undoubtedly a lot more challenging.

That said, the progress on this one came along nicely and it actually turned out extremely cool. I was particularly worried about the effects in the background, because I wasn't sure if I would be able to nail the ominous thunder and the feeling of intensity that comes from the dark clouds. Lightning in general is a hard effect to capture, as well.

I'm really satisfied with the result, and I don't know how much better I could've done, so mission success!
