as someone who has fought that battle for the past decade, i know you don't want advice. you want someone to yell at, scream at, and just let everything out at without any form of judgment. but the best i can do is tell you what finally got me to start moving again, to finally go back out into the blizzard and start shoveling aggressively and not letting the build up bother me anymore, Citizen Soldier's songs. you can laugh or call it stupid but just about everyone of their songs helped me. don't let the blizzard bother you to much, your not the only one out there digging.
