Quillians believe they're blessed when a tickle scene happens around them, they will start to dance and chant for Tayco for bringing happiness around. So normally, they don't disturb the fun that the tickler and ticklee are having at the moment.
ohh but... if the ticklee really deserves to be tickled more.. they will line up and tickle the poor ticklee after they finish praising Tayco without a doubt. ^3^
