So Gazef is called "the Royal Head Warrior" to appease the feuding Noble faction. Since he's a commoner, the Royals weren't able to call him a "Knight" by title without them antagonizing the Nobles, so they call him Head Warrior, even though his position is the same.

On the note of if Tsa the Dragon Lord is a Player, he’s either a Player, knows a Player, or is simply aware of Players and the game Yggdrasil. Regarding your jokes about Ainz buffing his “bone”. I mean, last season before the Shalltear fight, 2 of the buffs he casted were called greater hardening and penetrate up so… BTW Rigrit (the old lady talking to Tsa) is voiced by Goku.
