They took the form of a Nidoking/queen design that I'll call a "Nidoroyal", 80% of the time they prefer being female, but 20% can be a male but are otherwise Non-Binary. Other than that, they're a Destruction/Renewal deity that 'gardens' worlds that have begun to spiral into manmade extinction events that otherwise would be unrecoverable. They harvest and store the souls of the world that remain as she 'cleans' the world up by destroying most of it, and then lets the life back into the world once it's been properly set back on a proper natural path. For most folks, they get to keep their memories and usually have a new or improved natural form in the new 'world', and usually maintain a reverence for Nature and the planet they live upon. For those who actually >caused< the problems with their greed and sociopathic lack of empathy, those souls are usually... 'educated' over a few decades or eons until Theia is absolutely sure they're ready to be reintroduced.
Their mastery over Dynamax energy can be used to create all sorts of clothing or accessories, but the golden Dynamax energy she's purified around her is her true power. They rarely need to show it but do like to give some worlds a glorious view of their apocalypse if they feel like it. The whims of Nature are fickle at times.
They absolutely love destroying planets to the point of sexual pleasure, but only because they truly enjoy the art of recreating a new world afterward with all sorts of amazing new life! They're about on par with An'khetuum in terms of raw power, but their methods are different enough that they generally stay out of each others' way.
