Update December 08th

Added details to Tasset, Shoulders, and Helmet. I still have to finish the Helmet and Shoulders. After working on those I will make the front cloth and redo the kneecap (the boots currently look too much Ctrl C/V from another model).

I expect to pose him today.

Update December 07th

Made a major blockout for the Hawk and for Keeron.

I will focus my work on Keeron first and the Hawk afterward.

The Dwarf is already printed but, I haven't checked the success or cleaned I will do that later this morning. In the meantime, I started Keeron Sunlight (gathered material and organized my thoughts). Here is what I got.

There are more images as references but I decided to show these as my main sources of inspiration

Keeron was supposed to be a DragonHawk rider but I don't like DragonHawks, so he is a Hawk rider (I thought about phoenix riding also but I think a Hawk it's better). Another reason for this is that a Hawk can also be used as a Roc on DND and Pathfinder adventures and Dragonhawks are mostly used only in warcraft campaigns. Keeron will be using a Magic Lance and a Shield, he will have a helmet that covers his face, and the helmet will also have a long ponytail. His lower armor will be inspired by Johana's elf costume.

The Hawk will have armor pieces covering its body a mix of both bottom left/right images.

Pose, The pose I will be going for is the brown Roc with Armor on the bottom left, the miniature would be sustained by long feathers similar to the Phoenix in the middle.

Size, this miniature will be using a 50.8mm round base, I am in doubt about the size of the Hawk, should I make it like a Dragonhawk size where the rider will sit on the back or should I make it bigger and put the rider on the neck of the bird? What do you guys think?

If I am not mistaken Roc is a gargantuan bird, which is completely out of the question to make... So the question is to make it Huge or Large.

I will keep this post updated as I progress in this sculpture, I will also take your comments in consideration, nothing is set in stone.
