Defenders of the Glade - Saber Panther Pose 1 - Test print

Hello everyone!

I have printed the first Saber Panther from the Defenders of the Glade. I am really happy with the results, however, I was thinking I was getting good at support but that's not the case, the tail got some weirdlines, the basing was a complete mess, the shield and sleep bag did not printed. I will adjust those supports and test print again, probably once the sentinel is ready (to save time since I have room in the buildplate).

One of the reasons for those failures might be the resin configuration, I will test it again.

I really liked this resin, that dark grey it's kind of cool. And I had a feeling that it was more resistant than my last one.

Regarding to a question made in last post. Are they compatible with modular Draenei? Yes. I have tested but, since Elekks are wider the rider legs are kind of open than they would need to be, but, they fit just fine.

Best regards,

Ivo

It's not really designed for a Draenei rider anyway, so I wouldn't worry.

Thanks for the comments, I will change the rings and make them thinner. About the shoulder plates I didn't understand.

The distance between the legs I can increase in the next panther. Won't be able to change much but a tiny but won't do any harm. About the width of the model it's going to be hard, while posing the Elf to ride position I think the legs are at maximum real value going for more would make her look odd

Also with the draenei mounting it, it makes the panther look like a juvenile panter about to be crushed. Maybe if you increase the distance a bit between the front and back legs and increase the width of the chest to give it a more muscular appearance...

Hey bud, this is looking great. Just a few constructive suggestions: Personally, I would make that donut ring that the strap goes through a bit thinner, it currently looks a bit out of scale. Prowler pose is cool but this is also a battle mount so I feel it can benefit from a bit more muscle mass around the neck. The neck-shoulderplates arch can be a bit more expressed. That is just my 2 cents. Keep up the great work!
