Patreon Workflow:

As you might have realized i'm not like other patreons, i don't do batch releases. I like to get done with a miniature, release it and go to the next one. For now i believe i can sculpt 3-4 minis a month, once i have more patreons i could dedicate more time into sculpting. More minis don't mean i will rise the price, i love minis and i would give them for free, but i still have to pay the bills.

Do i change to Batch or keep releasing as i go?

I am not happy with reposing and changing a few details to gain volume (unless it makes sense), but in the end miniatures like this may have more use to you guys.

Do i multi pose miniatures?

Welcome pack, since i do keep releasing i don't have a welcome pack and and don't do monthly release so, every month i add sculptures to a Vault to work as my welcome.

So in the end the vault will have a backlog of 4-5 months release, to new patreons.

Should i reduce the size of the backlog? Should i drag a few miniatures every month and start a welcome pack?

Current Projects:

SRO - Comission Draw May (Sci-fi)

Draenei Females (Fantasy)

Future projects:

Draenei Male (Fantasy)

Worgen/Werewolf (Fantasy and Sci-fi)

Thiefling gang (Sci-fi)

Drow or Elfs (Sci-fi or/and Fantasy)

Murlocs (monster)

Naga (monster)

Ogres (WOW style, can be fantasy and Sci-fi)

Trolls

Please note that this is not to be delivered next month but a general planning of what i think it would be cool, every thing is subject to change.

I was thinking and will try this out to make a Fantasy and a Sci-fi version of a miniature like Heroes of the storm, let's see how it goes, or not (if you are not interested).

Please share your thoughts, if you want a different order of things leave in the comments.

More poses is less time consuming then modeling it all again. Let's say a Draenei with a hammer, to make a different pose i would have to make probably a few alterations but it would work. Making more weapons consumes time (not as much as making a new model) but gives more options

For me I actually really like when miniatures have an extra pose or two; though I am unsure how difficult this is to achieve and how time consuming it is? I think multi-pose works well for NPC type models where a different pose could be a different job or something. I'm definitely super excited for the Draenei - and since there are basically NONE out there, I'd love more poses so it means more miniatures haha - but I fully support whatever you do mate. Glad to be on the journey with you
