Adorkable Relationships
Added 2018-03-29 14:03:00 +0000 UTCSomething I have always truly enjoyed is creating relationships with characters. I feel it is what makes characters seem real and more genuine. It gives them something we all have or want and desire... a relation with someone. Some relations are good, some are not, but it is something we have all experienced. It is a human emotion and it adds depth and makes things all the more gratifying when you see a character experience something you have experienced!
So in general, people all know the relationship Spike has with Twilight. In most cases it is a family relationship. That is something everyone knows or has experienced within their own family. I can bet you have met people in your lives like many of the characters in this series, and even if you haven't, you know about them! Go ahead, think about it!
Some characters get along very well together and just flow naturally. Maybe they joke with one another or bounce back and forth ideas. Others are more awkward and take some getting used too. Some aren't too friendly to be around and others still are shy until you get to know them.
I feel relationships are one of the key components to creating a living, breathing world of characters. From relationships you also get depth, character depth! That is one of my other favorite things I will go into next week. I hope you enjoyed my little chat about character relations.
