Although I think tuning the miscarriages could be useful? like my sim was having twins and lost both of them, maybe something you could add is for them to be able to save one of them. Also another thought is having pre-mature babies! Anyways I know these are really hard to make and update too but I LOVE this mod so thank you!!!!!
