Also, because its a domain any technique applied in it can directly affect the soul since it also has a sure-hit effect. Basically it's a very small domain without a barrier. Its a mostly defensive technique for non-domain users to be able to survive inside an enemy's domain. We've seen Miwa use it in combination with her quick-draw against Maki and Itadori in the first season. The reason everyone doesn't use it is because its a clan technique that has a binding vow imposed upon it that prevents anyone who hasn't been directly taught in its use from using it.
