This episode was so difficult to watch because Hae-In refused to get the surgery!!! She took so long we thought she was going to die!! Watching everyone trying to convince her was so heartbreaking! Even though it was dangerous, we're glad that Hae-In realised she had to get the surgery after watching Hyun-Woo break down in front of her. Even we knew, that she couldn't do that to him again.

We knew Eun-Seong was trying to get Hyun-Woo arrested!!! He's so invested in Hae-In that he really created the perfect crime scene!!! Now he is the first person Hae-In meets when she wakes up!! Not only that, but He memorises her diary and recites it to her like he's holding a presentation!!! We really hope Hae-In's body remembers not to trust him!!!
