Autumnal Solstice '24: Health & Wellness update
Added 2024-09-24 23:21:25 +0000 UTCThanks for checking in: while I'm at it (not listed here): I popped my right knee back in August and that's been touch and go. I found a compression sleeve that works really well and I was on a cane for a couple weeks. After a weekend off the sleeve and the cane, it popped again yesterday so I'm back on the sleeve.
But generally, with antidepressants and (hidden lead): a boyfriend happy sigh, life is super good. More about the boyfriend later. I'm super blessed.
