Hello, received the same issue, so made a bit of googling. The OneDrive has a limit for 24 hours to share files only for basic subscriptions. So to not double up your job, you may want to consider changing the cloud. I briefly read about another popular one - Google drive (this is not sponsored :D) - it seems to not have a limit for daily share. Hope this info can help.
