Space Ideas IV
Added 2018-02-14 18:13:17 +0000 UTCYet more space ideas!
I am slowly formulating an outline and characters, and I'll probably do some "lore posts" for people who are interested in world-building and the like. But how do you guys feel about fighter pilots? Specifically, fighter pilots who psionically bond with their ships?
Another quick note: TAP 6 is nearly done. I have 2 scenes left to write before a final editing pass. Everyone who pledged last month will get their copy soon, then I can finally take a few days to assemble some new paperbacks. :)
I'm also trying to bug Patreon about enabling "charge up front" but they are being stubborn. It would let new people qualify for their rewards a lot quicker.

Yeah, though in this universe "normal" pilots (at least for starfighters) are mostly obsolete thanks to drones. psi-pilots are the exception.

2018-02-14 20:32:33 +0000 UTCHow about fighter pilots who bond with their fighters, but also bond with their flight commander ;-) Said bonding enables them to communicate at faster-than-light speeds and make an extraordinarily effective and well-coordinated unit... but their flight commander's desires and urges bleed into their subconscious. Just a random idea I had. I'm sure you've cooked something delicious up, however :p
