Surely when you guys finish my hero and have more watch space we go to 3x2 of one piece a week. Feel like it’s needed to progress through the show a bit more especially with these upcoming arcs. Especially cause my hero is currently like 6 episodes a week, so when that’s finished there will still be enough to pick up a new show or whatever yall decide to do and still have 3 lots of one piece. Lotttt of episodes to get through haha

Luffy is such a menace when you look at him from the Marine or even from like regular civilians POV. Some little boy from the East blue went from a no name to having the highest bounty in the East Blue in the course of 2 weeks, made it to the Grand Line, won against a warlord, picked a fight with the world government, escaped a buster call, fought and won against a second war lord and I won’t even mention his other feats that the world hasn’t heard of like the whole Skypiea arc and mind you all of this in the course of like weeks? Maybe a couple months at most. Luffy is literally speed running his journey to the One Piece after skipping the tutorial and throwing some “ random” ;) side quests here and there to keep things interesting.

Oh 10000000% honestly these small goofy moments in early One Piece are what made me fall in love with the anime and characters. I’m caught up with the anime at the moment but I still go back to early episodes to re watch the crew joking around cuz I felt like I didn’t appreciate these small moments enough on my first watch.

The peak of this arc was the Duval face reveal😭. But yeah I agree, I think commentators gotta stop saying peak for future episodes. I don’t want the Geks waiting for something to happen, I want their fully raw reaction with no commentators alluding to something. I know Jack said this before during thriller bark, so hopefully he gets mods soon bc I feel like it won’t stop. This also happens for their other anime shows in the comments.

To the Geks, I wonder if any of you guys feel like you're sometimes looking forward to the peak moments of One Piece everyone talks about so much, that it's hard to enjoy the smaller but still enjoyable moments like this that aren't immediately advancing us there. Agreed. KHR is one of my sleeper favorites. Just so much fun and then so badass. They might not be able to stand the gag portion, though. Since it started as a gag manga, the Geks might just not get it. It's a rough start, but too many important characters are introduced during that first arc to skip it.

Franky did not need Robin for Pluton. Robin is the key to find all other ancient weapons including the already existing Pluton. Franky had the blueprints for Pluton in case Robin helped the world government to find the existing one, so they could build another one to counter it.

Guys, One Piece does connect a lot of dots throughout the story but please DON'T think that everything HAS to tie in. Sometimes it's just an isolated thing, sometimes it's just some fun, and that's completely fine. It's the longest story ever and not a 12 episode show
