One last thing, Maomao thought about baby swap but ruled it out because her father told her not to assume based on conjuctures. Even then she didn't think Jinshi is Ah duo's son because she thought of him as a 24 year old eunuch and Ah duo's child was 19. So she sees Jinshi's dual roles as two different people. That is why she was confused why he has to wear a mask and was sitting on the high place at the party.
