so these I think were the first quirk awakenings, their quirks are improving drastically, not a better understanding the quirks are improving.

The Meta Liberation Army is seeking to destroy the "societal norms" that prevent people from using their Kosei (Personality/Quirk) as they would like. Something Toga is actively rejected because of. 2. In Japanese, "kyu" can be used for both "kiss" and "suck". Anytime you see Toga talking about blood, keep in mind that those words can be used interchangeably, especially when Toga talks about love.
