Thats the point because they haven't read the manga that they enjoy the anime therefore it means the anime was able to deliver it to its audience. I read the manga too and to me the anime is pretty enjoyable. Its just so cringe and dramatic that people complain about the animation etc. as long as they did not change any context to the story then it would be still enjoyable.

2025-03-03 07:48:08 +0000 UTCThey are just disregarding the Sakamoto family rule no. 1 these episodes 😅 From what I have heard, the anime adaptation is cutting out a lot of the more wholesome Sakamoto family wholesome moments to get to the main action plot points. Like in one of the earliest chapters Shin and Mrs. Sakamoto are riding a bus when some hijackers take it over. Shin asks Mrs. Sakamoto if she is scared and in response she smiles and says she isn't because she knows Sakamoto will always save her. Immediately Sakamoto shows up and save everyone from the bus hijackers. The anime completely skipped the events of this chapter because it wasn't as relevant to the plot moving forward I guess. And of course there are complaints about the animation. While it's not bad, the manga readers believe it could have been as big as the Jujutsu Kaisen if it had the same caliber of animation. It's an unfortunate side effect of Demon Slayer and JJK animation being as good as they are, everything else will be compared to them.

Suzuki is just insane and lots of us fans don't think TMS will be able to recreate his work in the best way. TMS nor the director for the anime have done any high action series like this before. In the right hands this could be the next JJK, I personally don't think TMS will give it that JJK reputation it deserves tho

2025-03-01 22:48:07 +0000 UTCThe reason Shin knew Heisuke was around was because right before Seba attacked him, Shin saw the shadow of Piisuke flying above him. Missed this the first time i saw this episode but caught it during your reaction.
