Tbh, of all the advanced applications of nen, the only important things you have to remember are, En, Ko, and Shu, in that order of importance. I've even forgotten Ken and Ryu until I rewatched these episodes with you guys. I usually don't give info like this because it could provide something to expect, but I think for reactors, it'd help, especially with a complex power system like nen.

2024-01-24 21:35:43 +0000 UTCSooo I think you might have been confused by the "nen beast" concept. Calling something a "Nen Beast" is the same thing as calling Kurapika's chains a "Nen Weapon". They aren't just creatures that eat people's nen, nobody is making a contract with anything. All that a "nen beast" is is a "creature" that someone creates with nen. It doesn't even HAVE to be a creature; the person who creates the power just happens to make it into one. And they don't just eat nen, they can do anything. When Chrollo created the Indoor Fish, those would be considered nen beasts because they are nen given the form of a creature. When Kurapika was first trying to learn Nen and the lady turned him away because he couldn't see the critter sitting beside her, that thing could be considered a nen beast.

2024-01-24 21:04:26 +0000 UTCJust to clarify to you guys, blinky is not a nen beast, is a conjurer item like kurapika chains it just have eyes cause shizuku made it that way. On regards to nen beast themselves they are like any other nen power for conjurer, you can either make a conjurer item or a nen beast, one is an inanimate object (kurapika chains and shizuku blinky) the other is like a program (you will see later on the show more examples of nen beasts) that you make it do certain things for you and it is different from each user. Is easier to think like this "Abengane (the guy with the nen beast in this episode) power is conjuring things to exorcise nen, it just so happen to be a nen beast" it does not mean just a nen beast can exorcise nen, thats that guy power.

2024-01-24 19:31:42 +0000 UTCblinky is a conjured nen item. it can suck up all non living stuff. poison aswell. and dead people of course. if you conjure something living, its usually a nen beast. like the fish and the thing the nen exorcist conjures. there are more people who can exorcise nen. the manga states that its very possible to do it but people who can actually exorcise nen are very rare. this is not a spoiler, but the phantom troup was talking about finding someone who can exorcise nen and the show literally showed us someone who can do just that. i let you draw your own conclusion from here on out.

It's a combination of "Chan" which can be used for someone younger than you or often to denote something that is cute and "Sama" which is a very respectful term often used for someone in a higher social station than yourself. So she's essentially saying, "Call me Cute Master Bisky". That's not a direct translation but that's the broad strokes of what she meant.
