2025-12-15 13:43:08 +0000 UTCI've seen so many shonen absolutely faceplant the ending for one reason or another, so it was great to see My Hero Academia give us a genuinely solid one. This is probably the only long-running manga I've followed since the day the first chapter released and I love it dearly. I may not like the general direction the story took after all of Deku's quirk awakenings started, but Horikoshi still managed to give us something really special by the end. And in the weekly serialization format, that is EXTREMELY hard to do.

2025-12-14 16:47:53 +0000 UTCA tiny, sweet detail that isn't explicitly acknowledged is that despite Shoto always using basically just a default UA jumpsuit with subtle modifications as his hero outfit, his new adult outfit has a very obvious modification - a "T" made out of what look to be blue flames. You could argue that it's for Todoroki, but when it comes to blue flames, only one person really comes to mind - Toya.
