Bolo Yeong(the bad guy) was an actor and bodybuilder and several time Mr Hong Kong bodybuilding champion. Several of the fighters from this went on to become boss fight opponents in future Van Damme movies (Lionheart ,Kickboxer, Double Impact) You two need to watch Walled In: Twilight of the Warriors its a crazy action movie on Amazon Prime about the Kowloon City gangs.

Every day after school, I would come home and take a poop and then we would go in my backyard and beat the shit out of each other lol. However, in time, Frank Dux was proven to be an absolute fraud, there is no evidence whatsoever that he did the things he said he did, or that he has the titles that he claims (still claims) he does. Dux himself served as consultant for the movie. So, it is based in the true retalling of the made up machinations of Frank Dux.
