English Style
Added 2018-03-21 22:39:48 +0000 UTCSomething has been bothering me lately. I am Canadian born so I write mostly with British English. Yet a lot of the stories in Transfigure were written in pieces and I am influenced by a lot of US stuff...and I read mostly US stuff since they are the dominant market. I often find myself doing things like writing favour and then correcting it to favor or vice versa. This has led to a lot of weirdness where I notice I even switch style mid page after editing. I don’t like it. It is a very minor thing but it bothers me a lot. I don’t really have a preference I just want it to be consistent.
What do you patrons think?
I will adopt whichever the fans prefer.

This poll is how I feel when I am writing. I am torn half and half. Maybe I should add a sub story where Taylor is secretly going crazy, his mind and personality split between that of man and a woman and that the two split personalities he uses to cope. One of the personalities is from Colorado...the other, London. This explains why the style shifts constantly. It represents an internal struggle. Jk... will wait for more votes, I find it interesting there is no clear majority.
