🛠️ Important Changes to Set Format & Content Plans

I’d like to share some thoughts and decisions I’ve come to based on recent experiences — especially after the difficulties I ran into with the Nazuna set.

🔧 1. Current Challenges & Limitations
Creating story-driven sets with well-developed narratives takes a huge amount of time, energy, and focus. Unfortunately, given my current circumstances — including personal, environmental, and mental health factors, as well as the limitations of the AI tools I use — I simply can’t optimize the process to a level where these sets can be produced consistently and without delays.

Story development, location setup, and scene direction all lead to production bottlenecks. That’s exactly what happened with the Nazuna set, which got stuck in a kind of “production hell.” (Yes, this could be improved over time — but right now, I don’t have the means to do so.)

♻️ 2. Solution: Return of Mix Sets
To prevent delays and maintain regular content flow, I’m considering bringing back a simpler but effective format: mix sets.

— No narrative
— ~30 images per set (10 SFW + 20 NSFW)
— Unique characters
— Separate from story sets

These sets can be created much faster and could be released almost daily, allowing for more consistent updates and greater character variety with less time investment.

📖 3. What About Story Sets?
Story sets aren’t going away — I still plan to create them. However:

— Some time will be reallocated to mix sets
— Story sets may be released a bit more slowly
— Each story set will be divided into ~50-image story arcs
— 1 arc = 1 commission (this is a test format and may evolve)

This will allow me to maintain quality while keeping production realistic and sustainable.
