Darren Criss said that he originally loved the look they had for Blaine in casual clothes because it was a bit hipster casual meets Tom Ford kinda thing, but then in Season 3 they changed up his whole look so much that he was much less enthusiastic about Blaine’s clothes, and would often joke about how tight the pants were or about the excessive bow ties. He also said that he wished he spoke up more about the hair gel, since from Season 2 to Season 4 it just became a ridiculous amount of gel.

And to get the vomit effect, tubes were taped to Naya and Heather along their back with a release button in their palms. Also, you might remember this from the furt episode, but this episode was inspired by the glee cast getting tipsy during the filming of Burt and Carole’s wedding. Finally, a goof that doesn’t make much sense is when Rachel says she didn’t expect to see Kurt at the party. Meaning that since he goes to a different school, he wasn’t originally invited despite still being friends with everybody.
