And sorry for being inactive..!
I work as a freelance illustrator in addition to all these ongoing projects I work on in my leisure time, and lately both of those things have been taking a lot of focus.

The good news is that my freelance work has not interfered with my SPIKE-project, as I have been VERY focused on that one as well. Much progress has been made, which I am very excited about :D

The annoying part is how despite how much new material I have and how many new drawings has been made, most of them are about parts beyond Chapter 16 and cannot yet be revealed - due to spoilers and stuff.

I have, however, said already that I am up for sharing some minor spoilers if you guys are interested.

I have also suggested doing some Patrons-only, inside-joke type of spin off stories/comics/illustrations, just to have something to entertain ourselves with while we wait for the finished story ;)
I know I would like that, because it feels so sad to never really have anything to update you guys with in forms of drawings and stuff.

Me and a good friend have been having fun creating an alternate universe with some of the SPIKE-characters, just to goof around with What-Ifs, as well as having a "decent" excuse for some shameless shipping... :p  Let's just say Saunders turns out to be both fun and popular to ship with certain other character(s).. >u>
Yes, there exist illustrations of said ships.
And yes, I am willing to share it with my patrons if you guys are interested.. >u>

Speaking of which, I am interested to hear what ideas you guys might have to an alternate universe us here in this little SPIKE-related Patreon community could entertain ourselves with :D

It seems Zach became somewhat of an AU-included character in the previous livestream session (see the attached files), and that is just a taste of all the fun we could come up with, you and I :)
Non-canon, alternate universe stuff. Fun stuff, cute stuff, hot stuff, serious stuff, random stuff, all sort of just... stuff ;)
They will not interfere with the SPIKE story anyways so all is safe :) There might be an odd strike of coincidence where a plausible AU actually matches much of what is canon, but luckily you are out of risk of spoilers as it'll still be just me so far knowing what is and isn't canon (the story is pretty much set in stone already as far as plot points, scenes and details go, etc, so AU's won't be a distraction and won't cause any changes or hold-ups, so it's all safe is what I am trying to say :) )

Any ideas on what you would like to see?
Got any fun situations you'd like to put some characters in?
Any dangers you'd like to put some characters in?
Any pairings, for that matter, you'd like to see?
Any what-ifs you'd be interested in seeing the outcome of?

Wanna brainstorm with me, come up with some random adventures to kick the characters out on to kill some time while we wait? :)

I personally think it could be a fun way to liven up our patreon community a bit ^__^ make it all feel more worthwhile for you, perhaps? :)
