When YouTube took away Monetization, it was pretty stressful - while I do like to make videos and streams, I still needed to have means to pay for the roof over my head and the food on the table. YouTube Ads gave me the means to that, by having ad revenue be made per videos I uploaded to cover the bills. I never considered the option of Patreon to support what I do until just last month, when YouTube Monetization was removed from my channel and left me hanging high and dry without any resolution.
Its going to sound a bit funny and weird for me to say, but I am glad things happened the way they did, in a way. Because now, when I make videos, I'm not forced to censor parts of it and remove the best content from videos, just to avoid losing ad revenue. Now, I just make whatever I want to make, and leave all the funny bits in! I answer to no one but the community that's supporting me!
Thank you so much everyone for supporting what I do and believing in me! Month of May has been pretty crazy and hectic, but let's make Month of June even more exciting!
