Here is the fourth guided cool down and stretch video.
Getting into the habit of cooling down and stretching after you practice is one of the best habits that you can start for your body and for you dancing.
Always remember with stretching to listen to your body and to go slow and work your way up slowly over time to increasing your range of stretch. THERE IS NO RUSH. Take your time, breath deeply, and stay engaged.
