2025-07-02 19:05:54 +0000 UTCDon't know if you picked up on it but when Capt Haldane was killed and they stopped to cover him with a blanket, this could have been one made in his father's factory which he talked about earlier. When Sledge was sitting on the beach at the end he was holding and studying the same type blanket. A master stroke of writing to have something so simple convey so much.
