The fact that you don't know the games makes the reactions that much better. I do watch some gamers react to the show and I enjoy them, but it's a different experience. Whether game or show, the point for a blind reaction is the reaction to the story. The games have been out long enough it's not easy to find reactors who aren't already familiar with the story. The great thing about the show is they change enough from the games to keep it interesting and fresh for gamers. We may know the overall story, but we don't necessarily know how they'll get there. Some scenes are exactly lifted from the game, word for word, while others are drastically changed, yet the overall theme and story is the same. But a blind reaction is special - ALL the story is fresh. You only get to watch it the first time once.

My husband and I have had so many discussions on the light and dark sides of love and so much more because for us these are such thought provoking games. Wanted to point out that the flashlights are not just a Craig Mazin thing but also a big part of the game. There are several instances where you are using flashlights. Also loved the fact that they used a bottle to lure the clicker. That is also a big technique in the both games. Overall I love these adaptations. And am so excited to see how they expand on the story and universe in tv.

The scene at the dance is nearly exactly the same as the game. Almost word for word, even the visuals, the lights overhead, the song playing, and the insult from the guy.
