I've been posting illustrations on Twitter and Hentai Foundry but my medium is the comic book page. Within it you can use dialogs, a visual narrative and, best of all, you can give context to the sex action. It may seem pointless but when you deal with fetish stuff it's not just about who is doing what to who but also about why it's being done and how the passive one reacts.
