I still say arcs, but not if the quality suffers because you have to develop good stories for both ZR and the bonus strips. I like the suggestion of alternating. As for this strip I feel like its a good start. As a group they seem to be pretty comfortable with eachother and it would be exiting to explore what other fantasies they can enact. Hard to tell you what to do, but 2 more strips seem like more than enough for the first thing.
