So I’m late to your reactions but loving them! As for their sexuality, in case you still weren’t sure. In an interview Joe Locke - the actor that plays Charlie - said he has been out since he was 12. There was a big thing with Kit Connor - the actor that plays Nick. A lot of people in the community were saying he was queer baiting (which was so ridiculous!) and saying that they should have never hired him and all of that. Kit finally went back to Twitter and said that he was bi and that he hoped those people were happy to have forced a teen to come out before he was ready. Prior to that he would basically say he was unlabeled (which is totally freaking valid! Especially when you’re that young)
