First off, in case it isn't obvious or you guys forgot I am like as white as Jacob from Abbott. One day I came into work singing along to Gangsta's Paradise and my coworkers looked at me as if I'd lost my mind. It isn't even hard rap but apparently it was surprising for me to sing that song, but when I saw this series I thought it would be a good one to recommend and yes, I wanted to see RJ's reaction in particular because this is a different culture than the spoiled white girl life in an affluent Bay Area neighborhood I'm used to. I also love Chris Rock being such a big part of it since I love his standup. I've only seen the first season, but I started watching it because of Brooklyn 99 and how I ADORE Terry. Like in B99 favorite part of that show and I try to watch a lot of his stuff because of that. I hope this show stays in rotation and you keep on enjoying it :)
