Hi Patrons,
If you receive an email from us about your payment having been declined and your access being removed temporarily, please be sure to communicate with us when you update that payment.
We receive messages from Patrons each month still waiting on access after amending their failed payment.
Patreon is not sending us updates when the payment goes through. (Unless you create a brand new pledge). Please just send us a direct message and we can make sure your access is reinstated.
