Release schedule and top tier reward

I released the first version as soon as I was done testing so I'm only starting on ep3 now. So don't expect it at the end of this month.
To normalize release schedule from now on. I will try my best to deliver ep3 at the end of august.

- The extra scenes will be a standalone download available to 20$ Tier backers.
- There will be one bonus scene per episode (excluding episode 1 and 2).
- You'll get access to all available bonus scenes even from previous months.
- *I may have to enable 'charge upfront' if there are a lot of take backs on this tier.
I will try my best to get it ready at the same time as the main episode release. But don't crucify me if I'm a little late. The main game takes priority.

Yes, that's the plan. If something comes up and I can't release an episode for what ever reason, I'll pause the charges for that month.
