Added 2022-08-09 01:51:40 +0000 UTCI just keep leaning into these Tonkatsu lore videos. People seem to love them and engage with the stories. I would never have imagined there was a desire for this kind of content. It's great, because they're so much fun to do.
I'll probably do a couple more of these, and then do something else for a few videos, just to mix things up. I don't want to ride the gimmick into the ground, and I feel like it could get stale if I don't break it up with other content.
Things are going pretty well right now. I've gained a lot of new viewers, the videos and streams are doing nicely, and the reaction I've gotten on social media has finally shown me that there's a larger audience for Tonkatsu out there.
For a while, I wasn't sure. I love creating characters and performing. It's way more fun for me than just saying my own boring thoughts and opinions. However, I wasn't sure if there was a niche for this particular character. It looks like there is, and I'm happy about that.
I'm glad I stuck with it, and thank you to everyone who stuck with me. Thank you guys for supporting me. We're still at the start of this ride, and I hope I can make it fun for you.

I laughed so hard during this and was glued to my laptop screen. It's reminded me of so many 'no shit there I was" military and security stories that have gone so horribly wrong over my lifetime!

The character is amazingly entertaining, and the stories of her life in the world of anime are so much fun to hear about. One suggestion I have would be to make more donation tiers. People like me would be more than willing to give you more than just a dollar per video, and it would help you make a living off of your content faster ^_^
