April Preview

Hey guys, thought I'd pop in with another update for the page, go ahead and post the April schedule early just so ya'll know where things are heading Content-wise! 

So, March was rather rough for me. I don't want to go into too many details as to why, but let's just say it had a lot of major highs and crippling lows, all of which sent me into a dreaded burnout. I made a now deleted "Slow Mode" post at the lowest low-point, going into how I was going to be only drawing stuff when I had the interest and energy to do so...

...Well, I've managed to pull myself back together, and rather than commit to doing everything EVERYTHING at a slower pace, I've decided to restructure the content here, doing a little bit more of the stuff I'm enjoying right now, while cutting the stuff I'm not. I'm letting you all know this a little early so that if for whatever reason you don't like the changes and wish to cancel, you can, and I will understand entirely. 

So! Let's get into it. Bad news first, good news second. 

The Bad:

-Thicker Treat Sweets is being taken off the schedule. I love Milo, Cassie and Monica tremendously, but I don't quite have the passion right now to commit to working on Thicker Treat Sweets on a weekly basis. The comic is NOT cancelled by any means, as I will still work on pages when I want to, there just won't be a set schedule. I suppose this is the one thing that will indeed be going "Slow Mode."

-The NSFW Soul Eater comic is cancelled. I was really excited to do this when I first announced the Valentines day poll back in January, but diminishing interest and feeling... kind of uncomfortable trying to do a full NSFW comic with characters that weren't mine just killed it for me. Sorry to anyone who was looking forward to it.

The Good: 

-Starting in April, Donut Delinquent will be going from one page a week to two, with new pages every Monday and Friday! Part of me feels as though I was starting to let Donut Delinquent get bogged down with all the other stuff I'd been doing the past few months, and I want it to be my primary artistic focus again! 

-In an attempt to make up for some of the "Bad" news (Thicker Treat Sweets), the new major perk of the $5 tier will be weekly character art featuring my original characters (from both comics!) Art may or may not be NSFW, depending on how the mood takes me. 

-$5 patrons will also now be getting double vote privileges in the monthly art poll! 

And that about sums it all up! I hope you like what I have cooking up for April, and like I said above, if for any reason you don't, you can cancel or adjust your pledge and I'll understand completely!
