February Preview

What have you thought of January's increase in comic content and decrease in fan art? Have you liked it? I try not to fret over this kind of thing, but I have noticed somewhat of a larger decrease in Patrons than the usual at the end of the month, and with such a big change in content, I just want to make sure I haven't screwed up or something lol. Not to say I'll be changing course or anything like that, I'm pretty happy with what I'm doing right now regardless of what numbers I'm getting!

Fair points! Consistency and sticking to my own schedules is definitely something I need to work on the most, trying to better manage my time. Thanks for the feedback! ^_^

2022-02-04 04:37:37 +0000 UTCI have a couple theories as to what might have happened. With the holidays, I'm sure a lot of people's financial situations have changed, so it might not be you. Another theory is simply competition. If you're gonna give money to a fetish artist on Patreon, they've got to be offering something good, and again, I wouldn't say this is anything you're doing, someone else might just appeal to someone's tastes more given how niche one's fetish can be. Another reason can be consistentcy issues, and this one I believe can impact you at times. You're pretty good about uploading something at least once a week, but at the same time, it's not always one of everything promised, which I'm sure can be a turn off for some. If someone is a patron for the comics and waits more than a week to see an update, or the sequences, or the nsfw stuff, they might not want to consistently contribute funds to something they can't be certain is consistent back. Take for example, the Donut Delinquent delay, or that this week, all we've gotten is a preview of what's to come so far. Now, I wouldn't say this reflects my opinions, I'm quite looking forward to the content of this month, it's just some might seek a bit more consistency, or at least a schedule of sorts.

Not sure why there's a drop but I hope it doesn't affect you too much. Been a silent fan for a long time, keep it up!

Personally, I favour the comics, but ultimately like them both and glad to hear you're pleased with the current state of affairs. Seriously, it's the most important thing. Looking forward to what you do with Hana Uzaki and Mavis, both adorable characters. The poll for next month however, oh dear... Frankie, Ruby (could go on a rant about that bloody show and almost did, but let's just stick with 'cute character') and Ryuko, not going to be easy.
